Pressure kit for nitrogen systems with case

Equipment for pressurization of refrigeration and air conditioning systems. The kit operates by “simulating” the pressure level to which the system will have to adjust and work.

This will allow the user not only to pressurize the system for the right refrigerant, but thanks to the specifically designed pressure gauge included, the kit will also allow for identification of prospective failures of the system. The user can therefore carry out precise diagnostics as to the type of failure, eg. those due to faulty construction, to welding problems or/and those to badly executed flaring. Consequently, the user will be confident about optimization of the system capacity.

The kit is supplied with the following items:

• Polipropylen case
• One nitrogen reduction (max. 50 bar) with safety valve
• One 1 kg reduction
• One 90 cm flexible hose
• One 250 cm flexible hose
• One pressure gauge with ball valve and colour coded sections
• Cylinder of nitrogen (optional)
• Spray leak detector (optional)
