The special feature of these pipe cutters is the spring mechanism under the rollers. This allows the tool to cut the copper or steel pipe easily at a depth of 1 mm without the need to operate the handle from time to time to move the cutting wheel.

The blades all have a titanium coating and are, therefore, highly durable and riliable (about 20 times more than normal blades). Each one also has a bearing to permit smooth operation.

This series of pipe cutters can also be used to cut oval pipes. Code 21040400 has a quick mechanism that moves the blade instantly towards the pipe to be cut.
